Day 2 - Making Progress

Got to start with yesterdays evening meal that was just amazing. Goat cheese salad, followed by honey glazed chicken, dauphan potatoes and fresh veg. Desert was a chocalate mouse in a chocolate coated wafer basket with strawberries and kiwi.

On to Tuesday. Another great breakfast to set everyone up for the mountain then on to lessons in the glorious sunshine. All groups made rapid progress with Matt Davies, the Adams Family and Ade the Blade Taylor covering many miles in the first two hours. Everyone returned to share their morning experiences of falls, spills and thrills. Andy Smith snowploughed his way down a slope using his face as a brake - no damage to mountain or face. Chad Gittings' snowboard went down the mountain without him, Tom Adams found the value of a helmet. Miss Snowball is progressing at a pace.

The afternoon session went equally as well with Andy Eling, Todd Sherwood, Katie & Jamie Haynes, Emily Instone Alicia & Bethany Clarke all skiing exceptionally well. By the end of the afternoon everyone came back tired but inspired. Afternoon swimming was an option although most were too tired and wanted to chill!

Nominations for "Dummy of the Day" are coming in fast... Will it be Andy, Todd, James ,Mr Farley, or Chad again? Can anyone take his title? Did Dan Amos drop a ski from a lift?

Vous avez au départ hier soir qui était juste incroyable. Salade de fromage de chèvre, suivie de poulet glacés au miel, dauphan pommes de terre et légumes frais. Desert est un chocalate souris dans une plaquette de chocolat enrobées panier de fraises et de kiwi. Le mardi. Un autre grand petit déjeuner pour mettre tout le monde de la montagne puis au cours de la glorieuse soleil. Tous les groupes ont fait de rapides progrès avec Matt Davies, la famille Adams et le Blade Ade Taylor couvrant de nombreux miles dans les deux premières heures. Tout le monde est retourné à partager leurs expériences matin de chutes, les déversements et de sensations fortes. Andy Smith snowploughed son chemin sur une pente en utilisant son visage comme un frein - pas de dommage à la montagne ou le visage. Tchad Gittings' snowboard est descendu de la montagne sans lui, Tom Adams a la valeur d'un casque. Miss Snowball progresse à un rythme. L'après-midi a été tout aussi bien avec Andy Eling, Todd Sherwood, Katie et Jamie Haynes, Emily Instone Alicia & Bethany Clarke ski exceptionnelle. À la fin de l'après-midi, tout le monde est revenu fatigué mais inspirés. Après-midi piscine est une option, même si la plupart étaient trop fatigués et voulaient chill! Les nominations pour "Dummy du Jour" sont à venir dans les rapides ... Andy être est-ce que, Todd, James, M. Farley Tchad ou encore? Peut-on prendre son titre? Avez-Dan Amos chute de ski à partir d'un ascenseur?
